Casa Cor 2015 | Town House NY - Caroline Kreling

Modern, contemporary world, vertical townships and increasingly scarce land in good neighborhoods of big cities.

The “Town House NY” project was created based on this concept – a model of vertical housing, in which designers make the most of floor space of the same building to design a home with large areas, without requiring large plots of land!

The straight lines of the building are added to the High Ceiling. The result is quality of space, since it is not a double nor a single ceiling height. It is exactly the balance and proportion for a harmonious environment. It is charming and innovative.

The innovative architectural lines design still has another great highlight – we designed a swimming pool with a swinging structure (taking advantage of the opportunity of being with an environment in the second floor of the house), with a glass front.

For the concept of the show, we mix contemporary architecture with the elements that bring us back to Brazil, such as furniture by Brazilian designers, the suede coating on the TV wall and the natural green of the plants.

The pivoting doors that form a partition between the entrance hall and living room, being able to stand independently, the high ceiling and the vertical glass details generate harmony together with the elements selected for the place.

As a highlight of international design, we have Moooi’s Heracleum lamp and Charles and Ray Eames armchair.
