  • Length in Meters: 190m²

The main objective of the project was to bring cosiness and life to the apartment, with a bigger identity of the residents to welcome their family and friends.

For this, the spaces were designed for a better use where the living with the television got a bigger sofa, the balcony was created keeping the greatest use with plenty of comfort in mind. The Barbecue Counter received an expansion in L, in order to keep the habits of the residents of making dinners and barbecues with their family and friends. The materiality follows the same patterns – matte white lacquer and white marmoglass, which receives indirect lighting from bellow the top, creating a more intimate atmosphere.

The Portuguese stone was kept, from the social hall to the fireplace, which receives large panels in white lacquer to hide all the electronic devices and leave the room clean and elegant. The mirrors, besides reflecting the view, integrate even more the spaces. We have expanded the existing “mirror room”.

Previously, the balcony was not part of the living environment. It was proposed a leveling of the floor, in white wood, giving continuity between the spaces. The large curved flower box brings an outdoor feel to the inside of the house, making it the preferred place for your morning tea. The black and white fabrics, carefully chosen by the Architect, bring a charm to this previously unvalued space.
